About the Author
MJ Santangelo has always been an avid reader and wrote poems for a short period of time in her late teens. Then life happened, college, marriage and kids, it wouldn’t be until her early thirties when she was able to pick up the pen again, and begin writing her first novella. She has yet to put the pen down.
She lives in Connecticut with her husband, two sons and her rescue pup Grace. In 2011 when her mom’s chronic illnesses along with new diagnoses became too much for her mom to manage on her own MJ became her primary caregiver. MJ’s mom lived with her and her family for the last five years of her life.
When MJ is not writing you can find her reading, cleaning, cooking or driving somebody somewhere and listening to music while she does it all.
MJ is the author of multiple contemporary romance books that focus on strong women living life and finding love, often times when they least expect it.
She is also the author behind the Caregiver Collection which includes both non-fiction and fiction books. All have the common themes of caregiving, chronic illness, end-of-life care, grief, hope healing, and thriving.
MJ’s short stories include a historical fiction about her experiences on September 11, 2001 and a party planning guide.
